What you'll be doing

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email

Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and service information
Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system
Process credit card transactions and collaborate with laboratory personnel on client inquiries

Compensation$20.00-$22.00 per hour
