Fluent English; Norwegian or additional language skills advantageous

What you'll be doing

Independently manage moderate to strategic client projects from initiation through delivery completion
Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution
Coordinate technical and service delivery across multiple internal functions and departments
Identify operational issues, escalate appropriately, and support resolution to optimize customer satisfaction
Contribute to process improvements and develop effective solutions for customer needs
