Role summary
IQVIA seeks a logistics planner to coordinate venue, food and beverage, and audiovisual arrangements for pharmaceutical speaker bureau meetings. This role manages vendor relationships and meeting logistics while ensuring compliance with client requirements and budgetary constraints.

- 2+ years events planning and/or customer service experience
- Prior experience serving US-based clients in phone-based customer service roles
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and PC applications
- Ability to work US business hours with schedule flexibility during peak periods
- Exceptional customer service and written communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous meetings with strong attention to detail
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate venue selection, booking, and compliance verification for assigned meetings
- Plan and confirm food and beverage arrangements for speakers, sales representatives, and attendees
- Secure and review audiovisual requirements per speaker and sales representative specifications
- Communicate meeting logistics updates with planners and vendors via standard documentation
- Escalate compliance risks and ensure timely task completion within SLA parameters
