What you'll be doing

Analyze and standardize materials including originals and translations per established processes
Interface with copyright holders of clinical outcome assessments to receive and route requests
Liaise between developers, copyright holders, operations, and customer service teams
Collect and analyze data from internal and external databases and authors
Support account managers in business development and account management activities
