Role summary
Eurofins seeks an industrial PMO project manager for a 7-month fixed contract to lead operational excellence and lean management transformation initiatives across manufacturing sites in Lyon, reporting directly to management and operational teams.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in medical biology or engineering (Bac+5) with lean management specialization
- Proven experience in performance improvement and operational excellence project management
- Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent interpersonal and influence-based management abilities
- Autonomous, proficient in project management fundamentals and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools
What you'll be doing
- Conduct continuous improvement and cost optimization projects with on-site immersion and workgroup facilitation
- Deploy lean management standards adapted to operational contexts across sites
- Implement process improvement and information flow reliability projects to enhance service quality and productivity
- Identify, prioritize, and evaluate improvement opportunities and quantify resulting gains
- Manage high-value projects and support organizational changes
