What you'll be doing
- Manage analytical development projects for soft capsules and supervise technician activities per specifications
- Define and oversee development, validation, and transfer of chromatographic methods (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) for finished products
- Support pre-formulation studies and analytical documentation for clinical and regulatory batch release
- Provide technical support for complex physico-chemical issues and participate in laboratory equipment implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams and international clients, presenting technical data orally in French or English
