Role summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Change Management Lead (Manager) to define and execute change strategy for a supply chain transformation program through 2029. What you'll be doing

Define and lead change management strategy aligned to program objectives and transformation milestones
Design stakeholder engagement strategies and develop consistent messaging, materials, and regular updates
Drive adoption of new processes and tools; track and report adoption metrics to measure effectiveness
Create scalable, multi-modal content including presentations, playbooks, training aids, and FAQs
Partner with PMO, project leadership, and cross-functional teams to align change activities and surface risks
