Establish and communicate CFC excellence standards, competency expectations, and performance benchmarks
Lead US Life Sciences Cloud transition, Scout expansion, and CFC platform convergence initiatives
Develop integrated capability deployment plans with commercial leadership teams and monitor adoption
Create measurement frameworks and feedback mechanisms to assess field experience and business impact
Provide oversight of three Senior Director CFC Enablement Leads and one Senior Manager reporting to role
