Role summary

- Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics, predictive models, and measurement frameworks for assigned therapeutic areas
- Partner with investment and media teams to align analytics with brand strategies and business objectives
- Mentor L5 and L4 data scientists; manage prioritization, governance, and performance of TA-aligned projects
- Translate technical model outputs into actionable business narratives for U.S. stakeholders
- Represent Marketing Investment and Optimization capability in business reviews and enterprise forums
