Role summary
This position processes daily cash receipts and accounts receivable transactions within the Order-to-Cash department. What you'll be doing
- Monitor incoming cash daily and process bank receipts accurately and timely
- Allocate suspense amounts and unallocated cash to appropriate customer accounts or general ledger areas
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and complex unallocated payment cases
- Perform month-end reconciliation, close activities, and reporting
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
