- Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and hospital reimbursement systems
- Understanding of Medicare, CMS policies, and payor systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with cardiovascular business strategy and institutional needs
- Engage clinical opinion leaders including cardiologists, pharmacy directors, and P&T committee members at assigned accounts
- Coordinate pull-through initiatives across field teams to drive utilization of approved cardiovascular products
- Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape; identify barriers and opportunities
- Present compliant data and messages; coordinate Amgen programs and initiatives with assigned health systems
