Role summary

Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic initiatives across assigned health system accounts in the Portland, OR territory. 3+ years account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred
Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes highly preferred
Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and CMS policies
Understanding of community cardiology practices and institutional healthcare dynamics

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and institutional needs
Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, engaging priority providers across inpatient and ambulatory settings
Build professional relationships with hospital decision-makers including pharmacy, clinical directors, and finance leaders
Coordinate with cross-functional field teams and medical science liaisons to drive appropriate product utilization
Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and provide field intelligence to business analytics and market access teams
