Role summary

Amgen seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager for the San Antonio territory to develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned health systems. Cardiology experience including dyslipidemia, heart failure, and acute coronary syndromes highly preferred
Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and CMS policies
Understanding of community cardiology practices and healthcare market dynamics
Advanced degree such as MPH, MBA, or PharmD preferred

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and institutional needs
Lead engagement with clinical opinion leaders, P&T committees, and health system decision-makers across cardiology, lipidology, and pharmacy
Coordinate pull-through initiatives and access strategies across field teams and matrix partners
Monitor account performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape; provide field intelligence to internal teams
Ensure compliant delivery of MAC-approved data and support institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory settings
