Role summary

Knowledge of hospital committee structure, P&T process, reimbursement, and CMS policies
Understanding of internal/external dynamics in dyslipidemia and heart failure care settings
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams to resolve payor-related issues

What you'll be doing

Assess assigned accounts' business environment and execute strategic plans aligned to cardiovascular business unit goals
Develop comprehensive account plans addressing institutional needs, access barriers, and implementation requirements
Meet regularly with clinical opinion leaders, pharmacy, and P&T committees to build relationships and gather intelligence
Coordinate pull-through initiatives across field teams to drive appropriate utilization of cardiovascular products
Present compliant data and market insights to internal stakeholders and customers; monitor portfolio performance and market dynamics
