- Lead CAPA investigations from initiation through closure with timely completion and regulatory compliance
- Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, DMAIC, and PDCA
- Develop and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive action plans with process owners
- Facilitate cross-functional investigation teams and maintain CAPA documentation in quality management systems
- Monitor CAPA metrics, identify systemic trends, and support continuous improvement and audit readiness
