Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Business Systems Analyst to monitor regulatory changes affecting healthcare information systems in the Philippines, define system requirements, and support system development and modification. - Monitor and analyze changes in PhilHealth, eSOA, DOH regulations and interpret impact on systems
- Define system scope, objectives, and regulatory requirements through research
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory interpretation and clarification
- Develop or modify moderately complex information systems based on business needs
- Guide and mentor less-experienced business systems analysts
