Role summary
Avantor is hiring a Business Process Improvement Analyst for its Visalia, California distribution center. The role involves executing continuous improvement initiatives, leading cross-departmental projects focused on safety and efficiency, and supervising team members on improvement initiatives.

- Project management experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong presentation and communication skills across organizational levels
What you'll be doing
- Design and lead continuous improvement events focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Conduct process audits, safety assessments, and waste analysis across distribution network
- Develop training programs and standard operating procedures for distribution centers
- Analyze operational data, define metrics, and manage project implementation with ROI focus
- Provide floor-level operational support and travel up to 50% to support DC operations
Compensation$78,000.00 - $125,350.00
