Role summary
Senior analytics role supporting the Commercial organization with strategic leadership in data analytics. Requires deep technical expertise in Snowflake and Power BI, combined with business acumen to translate complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 7–10 years of business analysis experience, preferably in commercial excellence or sales analytics
- Advanced hands-on Snowflake experience including SQL, data modeling, and transformation
- Significant hands-on Power BI experience with advanced data modeling and visualization
- Ability to connect data, analytics, and business strategy for enterprise-level decision making
What you'll be doing
- Translate business questions into well-defined analytical projects and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain scalable analytical data solutions within Snowflake data warehouse
- Design enterprise-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI semantic models and advanced DAX
- Lead complex analytics projects from requirements gathering through deployment and enhancement
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other functional leaders on comprehensive analytical solutions
Compensation$120,000 - $150,000 base with additional corporate bonus
