Role summary
Abbott seeks a Business Excellence Manager to lead strategic operations and sales planning across the Benelux diabetes care division. The role involves driving data-driven insights, business intelligence processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial performance and support management decision-making.

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Strategic Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–7 years progressive experience in MedTech, Pharma, or similar industry
- Strong analytical capabilities with statistical forecasting and data interpretation skills
- Experience with business intelligence principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP systems
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French
- Project management certification (PRINCE2) considered an asset
What you'll be doing
- Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning processes, providing data-driven insights to management
- Conduct business intelligence activities including data gathering, analysis, forecasting and performance monitoring
- Translate commercial trends into actionable models and plans addressing sales, competition and market access
- Develop business cases for commercial initiatives with ROI assessment and outcome tracking
- Partner with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to identify risks, opportunities and drive action plans
