What you'll be doing

Execute Results Delivery Office Process Intelligence strategy supporting enterprise transformation programs
Map end-to-end business processes, systems, and data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain knowledge repository of process insights from process mining and analysis tools
Manage multi-initiative project work coordinating activities between process owners, analysts, IT, and RDO teams
Create visualization dashboards presenting actionable insights and tracking metrics, milestones, and ROI
