- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry databases (IQVIA, MDV, JMDC, JD-Net)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in natural science field or MBA
- Fluent English and Japanese communication, oral and written
What you'll be doing
- Drive commercial insights and forecasting activities including primary research, analytics, and brand performance tracking
- Develop and present sales forecasts aligned with business unit director using global models and local market data
- Define KPIs and execute national/subnational analytics to provide actionable business insights
- Design and execute market research plans; translate findings into actionable recommendations for sales and marketing
- Manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex analytical problems
