Role summary
Repligen seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to sell engineered systems solutions for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, including chromatography, tangential flow filtration, and continuous bioprocessing technologies. The role involves territory management across the Southeast and Midwest, building customer relationships, and driving sales for integrated systems serving monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, and cell and gene therapies.

- Extensive travel availability throughout assigned territory

- Promote and sell downstream, upstream, and single-use engineered systems across assigned territory
- Develop regional management plan and execute strategic account development initiatives
- Support customer user requirement specifications and prepare technical proposals
- Conduct sales negotiations with technical and procurement stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
