Role summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an experienced Scientific Project Manager for a 6-month fixed-term role in Cambridge (hybrid). The position combines bioanalysis and toxicokinetics report review, Airtable platform configuration for drug discovery projects, and cross-functional process improvement activities.

What you'll be doing

Configure and maintain Airtable workspaces, bases and project dashboards for drug discovery and development programmes
Review bioanalytical and toxicokinetic reports for scientific accuracy, consistency and regulatory alignment
Coordinate project management routines including action tracking, status reporting and risk escalation
Support process improvement initiatives and develop pragmatic operational solutions across toxicology and bioanalysis teams
