What you'll be doing

Support daily contract and invoicing operations including invoice creation, contract administration, and issue resolution
Monitor operational volumes, workload distribution, and key performance indicators to support operational excellence
Prepare operational reports and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities for management
Provide guidance to operational agents on complex cases and coordinate activities during workload peaks
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process simplification opportunities and implementing sustainable solutions
