What you'll be doing

Create, monitor, and manage Service & Repair invoices and maintain billing reports
Create, maintain, renew, and modify service contracts while ensuring data accuracy
Investigate and resolve contract disputes, billing inquiries, and financial discrepancies
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care teams on seamless contract processing
Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in system enhancements
