Role summary
Medtronic seeks an Associate Therapy Sales Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for spinal cord stimulation and targeted drug delivery therapies in Andalusia. - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, or equivalent education and practical experience
- Strong interest in chronic pain management and motivation to learn SCS and TDD technologies
- Comfort working in hospital and Operating Room environments or willingness to develop confidence
- Fluency in Spanish and good working-level English proficiency
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel regularly across assigned territory
- Good communication, relationship-building and customer-service skills
What you'll be doing
- Provide clinical and technical support during SCS trials, implants, TDD procedures, programming and follow-up activities
- Promote and sell Pain Therapies products and services within assigned territory to meet sales objectives
- Develop relationships with pain specialists, anesthesiologists, neurosurgeons and other clinical stakeholders
- Train healthcare professionals on patient pathways, product use, programming and procedural workflows
- Maintain control of consignment stock, loaner equipment, programmers and other assigned assets
