Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Tech Solution Sales Manager in Jakarta to drive sales of digital and AI solutions across Southeast Asia. The role involves prospecting, pipeline development, and relationship management with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

- Familiarity with QMS solutions (Trackwise, Veeva, Master Control) preferred
- Based in Indonesia with willingness to travel up to 50%
What you'll be doing
- Build and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to meet revenue and pipeline targets
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new business leads in assigned territory
- Present IQVIA Digital and AI solutions to prospective clients and develop proposals
- Maintain and expand client relationships while building new business partnerships
- Prepare and update account plans for active clients; provide market feedback on product effectiveness
