Role summary
Associate Scientist supporting discovery and development of veterinary biological products through laboratory and animal studies. Performs routine and complex procedures with varying levels of supervision, maintains equipment, analyzes data, and contributes to protocol and procedure documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in biology, animal science, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Knowledge of aseptic techniques, microbiology, virology, and immunology
- Proficiency with cell culture, ELISA, PCR, Western blot, and molecular biology techniques

- Ability to collaborate effectively across R&D and other departments
- Experience with animals, particularly poultry, highly desirable

- Record experimental data, perform calculations, and prepare tabulated summaries
- Assist with development of standard operating procedures and study protocols
