Role summary
Merck seeks an Associate Scientist to lead process analytics operations for biologics drug substance commercialization. - Oversee laboratory operations including scheduling, training, inventory management, and operational metrics
- Resolve equipment and system issues to reduce downtime and improve laboratory capability
- Ensure laboratory compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Author and review technical documentation including protocols, procedures, and development reports
