- Data analysis, result interpretation, and laboratory documentation skills
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship; ability to pass background check and drug screening
What you'll be doing
- Perform routine GMP sample testing for cell-based potency and biological assays following validated methods and SOPs
- Maintain and expand mammalian cell lines through culture, characterization, and project-specific cell bank generation
- Apply aseptic techniques and standardized procedures to ensure assay robustness, reproducibility, and data integrity
- Document experimental activities in laboratory notebooks and prepare data packages for QC review and reporting
- Troubleshoot assay performance issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with project scientists to deliver timely results
