Role summary
IQVIA seeks an Associate National Sales Manager to lead field sales teams and manage complex commercial engagement projects across Germany. The role combines team leadership, project management, and strategic client relationship building within the life sciences sector.

- Sales expertise in complex products or services with initial management experience
- Degree in business or natural sciences or equivalent qualification

- Fluent in German and English for negotiations and presentations
- Life sciences industry knowledge, particularly pharma, medtech, or OTC (preferred)
- Familiarity with German healthcare system and market (preferred)

- Manage project execution, reporting, and KPI achievement for client engagements
- Maintain and advance understanding of life sciences market landscape and competitive positioning
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and stakeholders to deliver integrated IQVIA solutions
- Oversee digital field management systems and support project team innovation initiatives
