What you'll be doing
- Provide on-site clinical and technical support during surgical procedures using robotic arm systems
- Train surgeons and OR staff on equipment operation, implant planning, and positioning techniques
- Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software for surgical planning and implant sizing
- Deliver ongoing education sessions and in-services to assigned customer accounts
- Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to build surgeon relationships
