Role summary
Natera seeks an oncology physician to serve as Associate Medical Director for the West Coast region, delivering field-based clinical engagement and scientific education under regional leadership. What you'll be doing
- Execute 8–12 physician-level field engagements quarterly, prioritizing top strategic accounts
- Conduct at least 3 field ride days monthly with MSL colleagues targeting assigned accounts
- Deliver scientific education at regional programs and maintain proficiency across tumor types and MRD diagnostics
- Generate at least 2 actionable regional insights quarterly and document all scientific exchanges in Salesforce
- Triage and respond to escalated medical inquiries within 48 hours; support clinical evidence generation opportunities
