Role summary

Leica Microsystems seeks an Associate Marketing Manager to develop and execute field marketing strategies in India, focusing on key opinion leader engagement, clinical education programs, and demand generation across medical device and life sciences divisions.

What you'll be doing

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare practitioners, and medical institutions across India
Develop and execute KOL engagement plans and coordinate participation in CMEs, workshops, and advisory boards
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of clinical education programs, surgical workshops, and scientific meetings
Execute field marketing initiatives and demand generation through events, product launches, and customer engagement
Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube; track performance and ROI
