Role summary
Associate Marketing Manager leading global marketing strategy and execution for the Access product portfolio across its full lifecycle. This role partners cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, medical, and regional teams to drive new product development, market optimization, and commercial performance.

What you'll be doing
- Own global marketing strategy for Access/Sets portfolio including new product development, sustaining initiatives, and product lifecycle transitions
- Serve as primary marketing representative on project core teams for new product and sustaining initiatives, defining customer requirements and value propositions
- Partner with regional marketing teams to enable successful product launches and market enablement activities
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and provide regular updates on revenue, adoption, and competitive positioning to leadership
- Support regulatory compliance activities including MDR labeling transitions and supply chain continuity coordination
