Role summary
Stryker seeks an Associate Manager for Mako Clinical Processes to lead cross-functional initiatives across a multi-state Southwest territory. What you'll be doing
- Foster collaborative culture with field teams to drive clinical competency and robotic system utilization across territory
- Execute Mako strategic initiatives and communicate implementation plans to key stakeholders and local leadership
- Develop and deliver scalable training programs and re-education initiatives using complaints data and analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams including field education, marketing, and customer support on program development and compliance
- Monitor and report on sales education strategy impact and utilization metrics to senior management
