What you'll be doing

Lead financial planning and performance analysis for Joint Replacement and Trauma businesses
Develop management reports including sales analysis, P&L, and forecasts
Partner with commercial leaders on go-to-market planning and growth strategy
Manage financial planning processes including weekly forecasts and month-end closings
Support sales operations including pricing and performance tracking
