Regeneron seeks an Associate Manager for Data Quality & Governance Operations in Hyderabad to lead data quality controls, metadata management, and access governance within Snowflake. - Hands-on expertise with Snowflake including Data Metric Functions, Dynamic Data Masking, Row Access Policies, Tasks, Streams, and Snowpark
- Strong SQL proficiency to design, write, and optimize data quality rules and transformations
- Experience designing data quality controls in regulated, compliance-focused environments
- Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality dimensions, ownership models, and metadata standards
- Demonstrated experience managing Snowflake access governance (RBAC, ABAC) and audit-ready documentation
- Familiarity with regulated industry requirements, preferably pharmaceutical GxP data integrity standards
What you'll be doing
- Design, implement, and monitor data quality controls on Snowflake for assigned data domains with stakeholder coordination
- Maintain auditable data quality rule registers and governance documentation aligned to enterprise standards
- Monitor rule execution, triage failures, and deliver exception reports and dashboards to business teams and data stewards
- Manage data catalogue maintenance, metadata documentation, and lineage records within Snowflake Horizon
- Oversee day-to-day Snowflake access governance activities including RBAC, ABAC, and certification reviews
