What you'll be doing
- Manage direct reports who program, maintain, and quality-check operations systems and BMS engineering support
- Oversee third-party contractors supporting operations systems and building management system work
- Establish design standards and specifications for diverse building systems including fire control, lighting, and energy monitoring
- Partner with Engineering, HVAC, and BMS teams to keep site specifications current and drive system optimizations
- Mentor team members on configuring engineering and operations software while identifying new technologies for adoption
