What you'll be doing
- Optimize asset and inventory deployment across Poland to enhance capital efficiency and field availability
- Analyze asset utilization and ROI, delivering data-driven recommendations on consignment levels and capital investments
- Manage asset lifecycle including write-offs, disposals, expiry management, and product phase-in/phase-out activities
- Oversee local governance and compliance with financial controls, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to leadership; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams
Compensation165,100 - 275,100 PLN annual
