- Create and manage short-term incentive contests and tactical bonus programs for product launches
- Develop health check analytics to monitor plan performance and identify anomalies or gaming behaviors
- Extract, validate, and manage large datasets; prepare dashboards and monthly/quarterly performance reports for leadership
