Role summary
Associate in Field Effectiveness role supporting sales productivity and effectiveness through data analytics and operational execution. What you'll be doing
- Analyze data from Veeva CRM, distribution, claims, and patient services sources to assess reach, engagement, and performance
- Support territory alignments, roster updates, targeting cycles, and call-plan execution with operational coordination
- Assist with field-force sizing, structure, coverage, and deployment analyses including territory design and workload balance
- Execute quality-control checks ensuring analytics and field outputs comply with business rules and engagement requirements
- Collaborate with reporting, incentive compensation, and field teams tracking deliverables and maintaining project documentation
