Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director for Field Reimbursement in the West region to lead a team of field-based managers supporting patient access and affordability solutions. Minimum 8 years healthcare business experience, preferably in biopharmaceutical market access or field reimbursement
Knowledge of managed care, reimbursement principles, pharmacy/medical benefits, prior authorization, and appeals processes
3+ years direct people management experience
Valid driver's license and willingness to reside in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance success in prior roles
Neuroscience disease state experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead, develop, and manage a team of up to 10 Field Reimbursement Managers across Neuroscience accounts
Create and execute regional strategic plans for access and fulfillment, managing team performance and accountability
Coach FRMs to leverage data and account management competencies to proactively address patient access barriers
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Patient Access teams
Manage regional budget allocation aligned with team objectives and oversee field execution
