Regeneron seeks an Associate Director for Thought Leader Liaison in Neurology to build and maintain relationships with key external neurologists and academic leaders across the Mountain West region. This field-based, non-sales role focuses on strategic engagement, clinical information sharing, and coordinating thought leader activities aligned with commercial neurology strategy.

Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated compliance knowledge
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60-80% of time
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across functions

What you'll be doing

Conduct strategic discussions with assigned key thought leaders to gather insights and share on-label clinical information
Develop and maintain comprehensive list of key thought leaders within assigned geography
Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at conferences and business activities
Support speaker bureau development including identification, training logistics, and feedback to enhance presentation effectiveness
Share thought leader insights with marketing and functional teams; support advisory board planning efforts
