Role summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director to develop and execute peer-to-peer educational content for the US Kidney franchise, initially focusing on AMKD. - Kidney experience or speaker bureau experience with scientific terminal degree (PharmD, PhD) strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead day-to-day development of peer-to-peer educational content across US Kidney franchise with AMKD emphasis
- Develop speaker decks, training materials, discussion guides, and field resources in coordination with agency partners
- Support materials through Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance reviews; manage revisions and approvals
- Serve as executional lead for AMKD content buildout, translating strategic priorities into content workstreams and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies on content readiness, speaker materials, and training resources
