What you'll be doing

Prepare and analyze monthly revenue and gross-to-net close activities, including accruals for discounts, rebates, and patient assistance programs
Maintain and improve GTN forecasting models; partner with Commercial and Market Access teams on assumptions and performance tracking
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation; ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness
Develop dashboards and analytics for visibility into gross sales, discounts, reserves, and forecast accuracy
Manage relationship with external government pricing consultant on Medicaid, Medicare Part D, 340B, and other programs
