Role summary
AbbVie seeks an Associate Director of Procurement Finance to lead financial planning, savings validation, and working capital initiatives across approximately $16 billion in annual spend. - 10+ years progressive finance, FP&A, supply chain finance, or related experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Experience managing, validating, or reporting procurement savings or working capital initiatives
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, problem-solving, and business-partnering capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning activities for procurement spend, savings, and payment terms
- Establish and monitor weighted average payment terms targets, metrics, and action plans
- Provide variance analysis and executive-ready reporting on procurement performance and accuracy
- Coordinate and validate procurement savings initiatives including baseline assumptions and realized impact
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of two employees on quality and timely deliverables
