- Experience with biotherapeutic modalities including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, gene therapy, or CAR-T preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed team environment and influence stakeholders
- Capacity to learn new biological sciences areas for emerging therapeutic modalities
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement quantitative mechanistic PK/PD models for preclinical-to-clinical translation and dose selection
- Advance strategic direction of modeling and simulation sciences within organization
- Provide expert support to preclinical and R&D teams designing and interpreting quantitative pharmacology studies
- Integrate and communicate modeling analyses into actionable information for multidisciplinary project teams
- Present work at scientific meetings and publish in peer-reviewed journals
