What you'll be doing

Lead diagnostic strategy development and implementation through registration and launch for clinical studies and molecule programs
Direct development, outsourcing, and validation of clinically applicable in vitro diagnostic assays throughout the development lifecycle
Advise development teams on appropriate diagnostic technologies including NGS, ctDNA, PCR, and immunohistochemistry approaches
Oversee clinical trial assay implementation at CRO laboratories and manage scope, timelines, costs, and vendor agreements
Serve as subject matter expert for diagnostic regulation and lead interactions with health authorities on companion diagnostics submissions
