Role summary
Associate Director supporting international market access strategy for oncology products at a pharmaceutical company. This role develops payer value propositions, pricing strategies, and access materials across key global markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and refine global pricing and access strategies for oncology products across EU5, Canada, Japan, Australia, and Brazil
- Create integrated access materials including value propositions, payer objection handlers, and negotiation pathways
- Lead Value and Access Team collaboration to build evidence-based market strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including pricing, HTA, health economics, and regulatory functions
- Manage project documentation and purchasing processes aligned with company procedures
